How to use PressPoint

The PressPoint System utilizes ear acupuncture-based techniques practised for thousands of years, but updated with 21st century materials. It uses no needles or chemicals or electrical current. It works only through gentle finger pressure on PressPoint patches - microscopic-sized silver ball points (1 mm) attached to transparent adhesive tapes - to stimulate the specific ear acupoints.

Putting the PressPoint patches on the ear acupoints is very easy. Just follow these four easy steps:

1.	Clean and sterilize each ear with alcohol swabs provided in the kit. Allow each ear to dry completely before you place the PressPoint patches on.
2.	Locate the ear acupoints in each ear by referring to the 3-D ear models on the tray or the photo in the booklet.
3.	Peel off an adhesive PressPoint patch from the strip with the tweezers.
4.	Using the tweezers, place the PressPoint patches on the acupoints of the ears.(Look in the mirror to be sure you have the correct ear points or have someone apply pathces for you, which could be easier.) Position the patches and press them firmly with your fingertip to make The attachement secure. That's all what you have to do!

** Once you put the PressPoint patches on the ears, leave them on for 5 to 7 days. Whenever you feel craving for food or nicotine, or feel stressful, simply press each patch with your finger for about 10 seconds. It would make you notice a reduction in craving or feel calmer and more relaxed immediately. You have to replace the PressPoint patches at least once a week to gain the maximum effects all the time.
